Endless – Terms of Service

Welcome to Endless, a product by Shape Labs! By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

  1. Content Generation and Usage

    You may generate images using text prompts. These images can be used in any capacity, including personal or commercial purposes. However, by using the app, you grant Shape Labs a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the images for marketing or any other purposes we deem necessary.

  2. Content Restrictions

    You may not use Endless to generate content that is offensive, illegal, harmful, explicit, or otherwise violates any laws or community standards. We reserve the right to remove any content and take appropriate actions against users who violate this rule.

  3. Account and Subscription (Future)

    In the future, users may need to create an account to access certain features, including the ability to subscribe to premium features. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  4. Termination

    You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any violation of these terms.

  5. Subscription (Future)

    A subscription model will be introduced in the future. Subscriptions will grant access to premium features, and you agree to pay any associated fees.

    All elements of Endless, including code, design, and non-user-generated content, are owned by Shape Labs. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

    Endless is provided on an "as-is" basis. Shape Labs makes no warranties regarding the app’s functionality, availability, or ability to meet your needs.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    Shape Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Endless, including but not limited to data loss, content misuse, or security breaches.
